Need to cancel or move your pup’s spa day?

Life happens — just give me 48 hours’ notice and rescheduling is free, no hard feelings, no fee. Because the van runs on a route planned days ahead, cancellations inside 48 hours are charged at 50% of the booked service, and a no-show (I’m at your driveway and nobody’s home) is the full booked price. If you’re running behind, call me: I’ll wait 15 minutes before a missed appointment counts as a no-show.

After two late cancellations or no-shows, future appointments are prepaid in full — nothing personal, just protecting the route for everyone else. And emergencies are emergencies: if something real has happened, talk to me. The fees are for the careless, never the unlucky. — Kate
